It's that time again! Time to be random! I love being random! Join the fun, you would like. Keely has stepped down for a bit but Stacy has taken up the slack! Grab the box and check out her blog and other random Tuesday blogs!
1. Mother-in-Law, Sister-in-Law (J's sister), Niece, Nephew and Sister-in-Law's friend were all here and spent a couple night this past weekend. We had a good time. Sunday after church we went to the movies. Most everyone saw Green Lantern. Except I took the Kid and Niece to see Kung Fu Panda 2. (I have no interest in Green Lantern, I don't care how pretty Ryan Reynolds is. Sorry, not really my thing.)
2. Nephew calls his sister "Collie." This is not her name. (Sorry, I'm not going to share her name.) Although, if you stretch your imagination (Stretch Armstrong style) it could be like her name . . . Sort of.
3. Niece calls my Sister-in-Law "Trama." This is not her name. (Sorry, once again, not sharing her real name.) I'm not even sure how this nickname happened. You have to do a bit more stretching to get her real name out of this one.
4. I was laying in bed this morning at 5:30 after J went to work and my brain was going overtime with all the random from this past week. Do I remember any of it now? Of course not.
5. I think my coffee maker is dying. This is a sad sad day. On the bright side - New Coffee Maker!!! (If I can afford it.) I need a 12 cup coffee maker to make pitchers of iced coffee. Anyone have any suggestions on the best kind? Can't be too expensive. The one I have now I've had about 5 years and it's just a 12 cup, non-programmable, Black & Decker, push one button to turn it on and off, coffee maker. It was a wedding gift.
6. I love Pinterest. (I've said this before.) I've found a couple crafts that I'm going to try, as soon as I get to Hobby Lobby again. I'm excited.
7. I want a night out. Just for me. No WAY too LOUD TV's. No squeaking Kid. No one asking for me to get them a can of soda or get them a drink or get them a snack. Just ME! And I don't mean just me going grocery shopping or to the post office. I haven't had a just me night in . . . I literally don't remember the last time.
I think I'm going to shut the random down now. Have a great day everyone!!

Random Tuesday Thoughts!
Welcome to another editon of Random Tuesday Thoughts. Here you will find a collection of thoughts that probably wouldn't work so well as their own post. (Although, I have been known to expand on a Random Tuesday Thought in another post.) If you want to join in and post some of your own Randomness you can click this cool little box and join the fun at Keely's place:
1. You know what we (the Kiddo and I) really like? Magic Washcloths. Those dollar washcloths that are all squished into a little square or an egg and expand when you put them in water. They're so fun, we just love them! They have all kind of fun character pictures.
2. I'm trying to figure out the best way to let my TKD instructor know that on St. Patrick's Day I will be skipping class to stay home and watch TV. Josh Gates and the Destination Truth team will be conducting thier first ever live investigation and they're doing it in Ireland!! I would have stayed home for live DT anyway but in IRELAND!? I'm So There!
3. I heard someone talking the other day about being backstage at a concert. The headliner wasWill Smith and another female pop star. According to this person talking people were directed Not To Look At this female pop star per her own request. Really? No, really? What, is she some sort of goddess or something?
4. When we go to Pennsylvania in April I'm going to have to create a budget JUST for coffee! They have Dunkin' Donuts AND Starbucks!!
4. You know what's awesome? AllRecipes.com's Menu Planner! It's only available to supporting members but it's way worth it. Especially if you plan your meals! Everytime you put a recipe in your menu Allrecipes adds the ingredients to a shopping list! Perfect!
5. I watch too much TV. Seriously, Toby TiVo is going to rebel one of these days. I watch too much TV and then I hear that awesome people are going to have new shows soon! No! I can't! I don't have time! (Ashley Judd, Kiefer Sutherland, Don Johnson, Michael Rosenbaum? Stop!)
6. WHY do couples share Facebook accounts? Are they afraid there aren't enough to go around? I have more than one Facebook friend who's name look like "JoeSally Smith" or "EvanandLiz Jones" Seriously?
7. Then there are the Facebook accounts that say "Shawna Macintyre" but Shawna's husband posts ALL the time saying "This is Chris, I just wanted to comment on this . . ." Get your own account, Chris!!!
Alright, I think that may be enough random for today. Have a great day all you wonderful, Random people!

Random Tuesday Thoughts!!
Happy Random Tuesday! My blog is late today but at least it's here! If you want to play along with Random Tuesday Thoughts then clicky the little box below and join the fun over at Keely's blog!!
1. Mother-in-Law and Sister-in-Law are here until Wednesday, just visiting. We've been having fun.
2. One day the Kiddo was talking and started using a word. He used it as an adjective. I'm not sure where he heard this word (I don't say it) but he uses it all the time. He's used it for ages. It's just stuck with him. Often when he's being silly he uses this word to describe something. The word? "Doinky" You're welcome.
3. I may be in love with the person who discovered/invented coffee.
4. I want to see Inception!! Now!
5. I think we're going for Chinese food tonight. MMMmmm.
6. Had an awesome dream last night. (Don't tell J. I wasn't married in the dream.) But I met a prince and was going to marry him. He said "We're getting married, Princess." and I smiled like goof. :) Not sure where this dream came from but I may possibly have to turn it into a short story!
7. I really don't have a lot of random today. I think I'll end it here. Have a great day everyone!!! Happy Tuesday!

Peppermint Mocha
My Mother-in-Law and Sister-in-Law spent the week at our house last week.
I made some iced coffee for my Mother-in-Law to try. She'd had the McDonald's kind before but never the do it yourself kind. She loved it, I created a monster.
We drank so much coffee (actually not very unusual for me). We also tried various types of creamers. I've been trying to find one that I really like for a while now. There are kinds that I think are okay but none of them jumped out at me really.
Well, last week we tried Caramel Macchiato, Hazelnut Biscotti, Pumpkin Spice, and Gingerbread. My favorite of those was the gingerbread.
However, all week we had been searching Walmart for the Peppermint Mocha. Everytime we went we would look but they were always out.
Yesterday, after endless searching, I found it! I snatched it up and whisked it home to my refrigerator.
Today I tried it. Oh. My. Word. It was like Christmas in a Cup. Absolutely delicious! I haven't tried it iced yet but it was amazing hot and steaming.
I highly recommend!

Sunday Again
Well, it’s Sunday morning again. Another early morning nightmare.
On the bright side J doesn’t have to work in the morning. This is good because I don’t have to get up and get the kiddo up so we can take him to work at 6:30. This is a bad thing because it means I have to fight with him to get out of bed and get ready to go! He is one of the hardest people in the world to wake up, I think.
Did a million and one loads of laundry yesterday. Bright side is that everything’s clean. Not so bright, is having to put a million and one loads of laundry away! I don’t mind putting the stuff in the washer and then moving it to the dryer but I really hate the folding and hanging it all up part.
Oh well. I’m off to have, hopefully, a better Sunday morning . . . Where’s my coffee?
